Refund Policy

If AdTattle is not right for you, email [email protected] within 14 days of a payment and we will refund it in full. You do not need to give a reason.

Free trial

A plan with a free trial is not charged during the trial. Cancel before it ends and you pay nothing; otherwise the first payment is taken when it ends, and the 14 days above count from that payment.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are issued by Paddle, our merchant of record, to the original payment method. How long the money takes to arrive depends on your bank or card provider.

Cancelling

You can cancel a subscription at any time from the billing page. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.

Your statutory rights

This policy is in addition to, and does not affect, your rights under consumer law.
