AdTattle

Terms of Service

Last updated: 15 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Konstantin Shchegolev, a sole trader established in Portugal (“we”), for the use of AdTattle (the “service”). By creating an account you accept them.

Business use only

The service is for businesses — freelancers and companies managing advertising accounts in the course of their trade. It is not offered to consumers. While sign-up from the United Kingdom is closed, you confirm when you sign up that you are not based in the UK.

The service

AdTattle reads the change history, spend and conversion data of Google Ads accounts that you connect, once a day, and emails you alerts: when Google made a change on its own (for example an auto-applied recommendation), when daily spend falls outside its recent range, and when conversions drop to zero. Data from Google Ads can be up to 24 hours old. We may change or discontinue features; if a change materially reduces what you paid for, you may cancel and ask for a pro-rata refund.

Access to your clients’ accounts

  • The service has read-only access only. It cannot change campaigns, budgets, bids, ads or any other setting in an advertising account.
  • Access is granted by the owner of each account, by adding our Google user [email protected] to it with Read only access. You may connect only accounts whose owner has given that permission, and you confirm that you have it. The owner can remove the access at any time.
  • When you remove an account from the service, or its owner removes our access, we stop reading it and delete its data within 30 days.

No promise of results

Alerts are information to help you check an account. We do not promise that every change, anomaly or tracking problem will be detected, that an alert will arrive by a particular time, or that the service will reduce your or your clients’ advertising costs or improve their results. Decisions about the accounts you manage remain yours.

Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your email secure. You must be able to enter into a contract on behalf of your business.

Acceptable use

  • Do not connect an account without its owner’s permission.
  • Do not use the service to break the law, or the policies of the advertising platforms.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service.
  • Do not resell or share access without our written permission.

Data

For the data we read from connected accounts, you (or your client) are the controller and we act as your processor, under our Data Processing Agreement, which forms part of these terms. How we handle your own account data is described in the privacy policy.

Payment

Paid plans are billed in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. A free trial, where offered, ends with the first charge unless you cancel before it ends. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the merchant of record for all orders and handles payment and tax. Prices are shown on the pricing page. You can cancel at any time from the billing page; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds follow our refund policy.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows:

  • our total liability for all claims arising from the service is limited to the greater of US$100 and the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim;
  • we are not liable for advertising spend in any account, for claims made against you by your clients, for suspensions, policy actions or other decisions of advertising platforms, or for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit or revenue.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

Termination

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, for example one that connects accounts without permission.

Law, changes and contact

These terms are governed by the law of Portugal. We may update them and will tell you by email about material changes. Questions: [email protected], Konstantin Shchegolev, Avenida Sacadura Cabral, Nº 18, 1º D, 1000-274 Lisboa, Portugal, NIF 320801853.
